We are excited to announce our Renewables team expansion posted in June of last year has now come to fruition with Brendan Reed and Sam Millard officially joining the RiskPoint Group June 1^st.  The rest of the team is already in place, with renewable colleagues situated throughout Europe, an already strong value proposition to the market will be further strengthened with this expansion of the team.

Brendan Reed will be appointed Head of Global Renewable Energy for RiskPoint Group and become part of the Group’s Management Team. Brendan has more than 30 years of experience within renewable energy, most recently in a similar role with a recognized lead market.

Sam Millard will assume responsibility as Chief Underwriting Officer for RiskPoint’s Renewable Energy activities. Sam has worked in renewable energy for over 13 years and likewise comes from a similar role in the renewable energy market. In their global roles both Brendan and Sam will be based out of RiskPoint’s office in Denmark.

Peder Ledgaard, Group Management member and one of the founding partners of RiskPoint, will continue as Head of Renewable Energy Onshore activities in addition to his role as Global Manager for First Party business for the Group. Igor Silence, will assume the role of Head of Offshore Renewable Energy within RiskPoint.
