Our recruitment process usually covers two interviews. The purpose of the first interview is to tell you about the position and about RiskPoint, and for us to hear about you, your background, experiences and skills including your motivation for applying. The first interview is your opportunity to find out if this is the right job for you and our chance to evaluate if you are the right person for the position. The interview will typically take around an hour where we are ready to answer all the questions you might have.

If we want to hear more about you and tell even more about ourselves after the first interview, we’ll invite you for a second interview. We do not believe in taking any tests or having you prepare a case for us. We believe in getting a qualified picture and impression of the person sitting in front of us through dialogue.
